[Microsoft Windows NT]

Microsoft Windows NT has two most commonly used versions: Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT 3.5x.

Just Released! - Microsoft has just released a new version of Windows NT - Windows NT Server 4.0 - Enterprise Edition. This version includes Microsoft's clustering technology, formerly known as Wolfpack. For more information about this version of Windows NT and other versions of Windows NT, visit Microsoft's NT Server page.

Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 improves on the features found in Windows NT 3.5x. It sports the Windows 95 graphical user interface, implements many parts of Microsoft's Internet strategy, and offers faster performance over Windows NT 3.5x. We've worked with Windows NT 4.0 since the Beta versions and are certified in both Windows NT 4.0 Server and Windows NT 4.0 Workstation. Richard Neff has even written about it in the Windows NT 4.0 Installation & Configuration Handbook and the Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Advanced Technical Reference, both published by Que. Let us show you how you can implement the lastest version of Windows NT into your organization.

Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 is Microsoft's other version of Windows NT. Windows NT provides for a stable and feature-rich networking solution. DOS, Windows, Windows for Workgroups, OS/2, and Macintosh systems can also be clients to a NT server. Windows NT provides for other features normally found as "add-on's" to other products such as: Remote Access Services (RAS) which allow for off-site clients to connect to the LAN, a Domain structure for easy grouping and login to multiple servers, and support for multiple LAN protocols such as IPX and TCP/IP so an NT server can easily integrate into an existing network. Windows NT provides for a very comprehensive networking solution. Network Techonologies Group has Microsoft Certified Professionals certified with Windows NT Server and Windows NT Workstation. We can provide the expertise in installing and configuring a Windows NT solution in your firm.
